1. License Grant
Subject to your compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited,
non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for
your personal, non-commercial use.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- 2.1 Reverse Engineer: Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the
Software, or attempt to do so.
- 2.2 Modify or Create Derivative Works: Modify or create derivative works
based on the Software.
- 2.3 Unauthorized Use: Use the Software for any unlawful or unauthorized
purpose, or in a manner that infringes upon the rights of others.
3. Ownership
The Software and all intellectual property rights associated with it are and
shall remain the exclusive property of Licensor. This EULA does not convey
any ownership rights to you.
4. Updates
Licensor may provide updates, patches, or other modifications to the
Software. Your continued use of the Software after such updates signifies
your acceptance of them.
5. Termination
Licensor may terminate this EULA at any time if you violate its terms. Upon
termination, you must cease using the Software and destroy all copies of it.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY
KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR
NONINFRINGEMENT.
7. Limitation of Liability
LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL,
CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES,
WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL,
OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE
THE SOFTWARE.
8. Governing Law
This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the
State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
